Clinical Services

Clinical services focus on screening and treatment for acute communicable diseases, health screenings for well infants, children, adolescents and adults, and immunizations for children and adults.

Clinic Locations

Services are available at fixed sites in Stockton, Lodi, and Manteca. Effective July 1, 2010, public health clinic services are no longer available at the Tracy Health Center.
Tracy area residents, please call the appointments telephone number for information on closest available services or see the clinic schedules for Manteca and Stockton Health Centers. Health exams for adults and travel immunizations are provided on a fee for service basis only. Other services are provided fee for service, based on ability to pay.

The following services are available at one or more of our clinic locations. Please check the specific location for more information.

Health Examinations - General health examinations for adults by appointment. Cash payments only.
Stockton    Lodi    Manteca

Well Baby/Well Child Clinics - General health screening for well infants and children birth to 18 years is available. Fee for service Medi-Cal, CHDP, and cash payment are accepted.

Immunizations (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult) - Fee for service Medi-Cal and HPSJ accepted for childrens immunizations. Please contact the clinic for prices. No child between the ages of 0 and 18 years will be denied immunizations due to inability to pay.

Travel Immunizations - Provision of vaccines to persons traveling overseas. Vaccines include Japanese Encephalitis, Typhoid, Yellow Fever and Hepatitis A, polio, meningococcal meningitis, MMR and rabies. Antimalarial medication is not available and must be obtained from a personal health care provider. Cash payment only for all travel immunizations.

TB Skin Tests - Tuberculin skin tests for children and adults. $20.00 fee.
